When a homeowner noticed this bird's nest had fallen from the tree in his front yard, he knew he had to take action. He knew that the chicks had a chance of surviving since they already had feathers, but the neighborhood cats were still a large concern.

His camera catches these chicks up close and personal, with a truly special moment occurring when the momma bird comes back to her babies and feeds them. The homeowner was able to repair the nest (and reinforce it a bit to protect it from the next storm) and the birds survived the ordeal. How do you think he handled this situation? Would you have done anything differently?
