Before we start getting upset at the parents for letting their baby approach a pit bull like this, let's consider a few things. Pit bulls are not predisposed to be aggressive or vicious. Those characteristics are only introduced when owners train the dogs in such a way. According to the ASPCA, socialization plays a critical role in training a dog to be happy and friendly, especially when keeping company with other dogs. Pit bulls are, of course, no exception to this guideline. Pit bulls have every ability to be loving, family dogs as long as they are brought up in an environment that fosters those ideals.

It's clear from the video below that this pit bull was raised to be a family dog, and that is exactly what he is - a loving part of the family. The precious moment in this video is sealed with a sloppy kiss while the parents stand nearby. Watch the video and share your reaction in the comments section below! We love hearing from you.
